This is what makes this place really unique is they use Colorado Springs coffee beans for all of their coffee, but the coffee roasters are located next door. You will not only be able to see how 50/50 makes your cup of coffee but you will be able to see how the coffee beans are roasted. Enviornment
They have created an environment that Starbucks will never be able to create. They have plenty of seats inside where you will be able have a quiet conversation with someone or have a quiet working area to study. They also have a very large patio to enjoy your coffee in the sun and watch your coffee being made.
The coolest thing fifty fifty does is they work in the community with so many several different local businesses to create an enviorment that you cant get anywhere else. They are located just off Boulder St. If you are heading towards downtown from East Colorado Springs head West on Boulder St. and take a left on to S Institute St. and it will be on the corner of Boulder and S institute.

Parking at Fifty Fifty:
There is street parking in the area but it can be complicated to find a spot on a Sat. or Sun morning. You might have to park a few blocks away but the coffee will be worth it. All parking in the area is free!
